South coast towards National Park

We keep following the South Coast today, making our way toward Skaftafell National Park. This stretch is full of waterfalls and plenty of great hiking options if you're in the mood. Don't miss the famous black-sand beaches and their lava-formed caves along the way.

Day 5

Glaciers & East Coast

Wake up in Skaftafell National Park and spend the morning exploring its glacier-carved landscape. Then head to the famous glacier lagoon and stroll among the icebergs at Diamond Beach. If time allows, we highly recommend joining a glacier hike, it's an unforgettable experience. There's also a hot spring stop along the way. We'll round off the afternoon with a round of golf and enjoy dinner together at a local restaurant.

Day 6

The Fjords

It's a big day of golf as we make our way through the fjords, checking off three courses along the route. Along the way, take time to explore Stokksnes, unwind in a hot spring, and stop by a nearby waterfall. We'll finish the evening with a visit to a national bath and enjoy dinner back at the campsite.

Day 7

The East Fjords

Our day kicks off in Seyðisfjörður, a fjord known for its postcard-perfect beauty. From there, we begin the drive across Europe's largest desert, a surreal landscape of endless black lava stretching all the way to the ocean with Húsavík beyond. The route includes a hot spring for a quick dip and a geothermal area to explore. We'll also stop at the famous basalt canyon of Stuðlagil and one of Iceland's most breathtaking waterfalls. We finish the day with dinner together

Day 8

The day kicks off with a whale-watching trip in Húsavík, giving you the chance to spot humpbacks, minkes, and maybe even a blue whale. Afterward, slip into a hot spring for a well-earned soak before heading to the course for another round of golf. We settle for the night at a campsite surrounded by hot springs and a quiet beach with sweeping fjord views.
